Viamistad helps friends with disabilities who have a vision regarding how to make a living with their own business or service. One example is Osiel Martinez, who has cerebral palsy and cannot speak but can communicate using a telephone or computer and has a great talent for computation.
With Viamistad's help, Osiel established CompuPlay, an internet cafe, in his town San Antonio Aguascalientes.

Viamistad donated a computer to him to enable him to work in this profession.
Domingo Perez Gomez is a musician from Palin, Escuintla who is blind. With a new guitar donated by Viamistad, Domingo sings in Evangelical Christian churches in his town and other parts of Guatemala.
